Turn up your sound for this. This is a Belgium chat show, the interviewer is interviewing a man whom recently had an operation. Unfortunatley his 'jewels' were removed by accident during the operation. (Dont worry that it is in a different language.)

Poor bastard, cant believe he put up with the host laughing his ass off at his misfortune....guess he would have punched on.... if he had any balls that is. ;]

Ha ha ha, you have to take the prize for the quick come back on that one S. ;) Im impressed.
Two obvious reasons it's fake:
(1) You don't lose a deep/broken adult male voice because your balls get chopped off. To keep a high voice you have to have them chopped off before puberty (like a castrati singer).
(2) No presenter would remain there with that level of discomposure. If the show was live they would have taken an emergency break or put a filler on. No way would he have sat there corpsing like that.
