These are specially bred cats. A genetical mutation called radial hypoplasia has occured in these cats, in which some or all of the elbow bone all the way to the wrist is non existent. Leaving the cats with zero front paws or vestigial paws. They must hop like kangaroos.There are groups against this practice although it is not illegal in Texas where these cats are bred.
Perhaps more things in Texas should be banned though - example: making it illegal for residents of Texas to ever become President of The United States Of America!

These cats are also being bred in New York State. Thalidomide cat babies. I definitely do not condone this breeding because of what I have experienced with my baby girl. Would like to break the breeders legs and let them walk around on their "elbows". Give them arthritis for the rest of their lives, hit their face everytime they jumped down, not able to wash their own face, walk like a ferret, not able to walk down stairs without twisting their bodies so they don't hit their chins, be a cat that can't climb a tree (enough said)
They can walk. They don't have to walk or crawl. and just look at bulldogs alot of the have to have c-sections because their heads are too big do you see people freaking out because of that???
